“Halal” is an Arabic term meaning “lawful” or “permissible.” Our brand follows ethical, halal business practices, meaning we strive to ensure our products, sourcing, and transactions align with Islamic guidelines. To the best of our knowledge, everything we offer is lawful, transparent, and responsibly produced.

How long will it take to receive my cat collar order?

All handmade cat collars are typically sewn and assembled within 3 business days.
We ship using:

  • USPS Priority Mail: 1–3 business days

  • USPS Ground Advantage: 2–5 business days

Please note that weekends and federal holidays may affect processing and delivery times. If there are any unexpected delays on our end, we’ll communicate with you promptly.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes! We currently ship to 76 countries worldwide, with the list updated as availability changes. We aim to minimize customs and duty fees whenever possible; however, any customs, duties, or import taxes charged by your country are the responsibility of the purchaser.

While we prioritize countries with higher de minimis thresholds, some international orders may still be subject to taxes or fees based on local regulations.

Can I return or exchange a cat collar?

For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on pet collars. That said, your satisfaction matters to us. If there’s an issue with your order, please contact our customer support team, and we’ll do our best to make things right.

Didn’t you sell pet treats before?

Yes, we previously offered cat and dog treats, but production was paused due to rising costs. Our focus has since shifted to eco-friendly cat collars and pet nutrition education. We’re also developing at-home treat and food recipes for pet parents who want healthier options for their cats and dogs.
